ANNUAL MEETING |
Annual Meeting The Annual Meeting of Members will be held Tuesday, March 4, 2008, at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held Fairmont Jr. High School, in the Cafeteria, located at 4911 Holly Bay, Pasadena Texas.
If you are unable to attend, please mail back your proxy card in order to reach quorum.
The meeting is an annual event and the Association cannot transact any business at this meeting unless there is a quorum of 10% of the homeowners in attendance or represented by proxy. All attendees must be in good standing to cast a vote. |

Board Meetings The Village Grove Community Association Board of Directors meets the second Tuesday every other month at Fairmont Junior High Room 210 at 6:30 PM. Village Grove residents are welcome and encouraged to attend. For further information on the board meetings call Karen Lopez at (281) 333-5173.

Easter Egg Hunt The annual Easter Parade and Egg Hunt will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2008. The parade will begin at the Fairmont Elementary School, 4315 Heathfield, at 10:00 AM and continue to the park located at 6315 Rockfield. The egg hunt is scheduled to start at 10:30 AM.

Pool Tags The pool tags will be handled the same as past years. Each address may receive up to two tags for current accounts. Existing tags will be given a 2008 sticker for the pool tag, showing you are current and eligible for pool access. You must show proof of residency at the pool, during regular pool hours, to receive tags and/or stickers. More details will come before the pool opening.

Trash Pick Up Reminder The City of Pasadena has an ordinance in place that prohibits trash being placed out prior to 9:00pm on the evening before the scheduled trash day.

Home Improvements Just a reminder, if you are planning any exterior modification to your home, you must submit a Home Improvement Application to the Architecture Control Committee. The HIA must be approved PRIOR to any improvement/modification being made. You can get a copy of the HIA from the Village Grove website, www.villagegrove.org or from Houston Community Management Services at 832/864-1200. The ACC meets the first Thursday of the month. HCMA must have them in their office by Thursday, in order to notify committee and deliver in time for the Saturday meeting.
