LOCATION

Village Grove deed restrictions are strictly enforced.  Management is provided by Houston Community Management Services, Inc. The community includes two parks and a community swimming pool which is open from early May through mid-September.

SCHOOLS
Village Grove is part of the award-winning Deer Park Independent School District.  Fairmont Jr. High and Fairmont Elementary are located within the community.  Deer Park High School is a ten minute drive.

San Jacinto College Central Campus is also just a five minute drive from Village Grove.

The University of Houston Clear Lake is 15 minutes away.
